Kind service - Good value and location for the price
8.0Accidentally booked a smoking room, they rebooked me for free upon arrival and refused that I pay them any compensation, incredibly kind service. The lobby looks a little tired, but the actual rooms are bright and well maintained with tatami flooring in the non-smoking rooms.

Clean and convenient place to stay in Okayama
10.0Clean and comfortable apartment close to transport, cafes, restaurants etc and short bus to beautiful Korakuen gardens. Friendly staff who also allowed us to keep our luggage there for 48 hours after our stay.

8.0Chambre plutôt grande, avec une entrée, qui permet d’y mettre ses valises. Entrée qui dispose d’une porte, ce qui permet d’isoler mieux encore du couloir. Lit grand et confortable. Chambre propre. Établissement sinon d’aspect un peu désuet, mais cela change des business hotel. Bon petit-déjeuner. Voiture garée par la personne chargée du parking (les places sont étroites).
