− Hotel has a problem with parking everyday when you left hotel was stress where you will leave a car. So bad
en la web dice que hay WiFi, y no había WiFi, solo en un lado de recepción. Los enchufes no hay

− La comida y el trato de un jefe de cocina de la mañana, le dije que si podía pedir pure para almorzar y cenar y se molesto, de hecho le dije que no podía comer coliflor ni legumbres porque estaba operada y me hacía daño ,el me miro y con muy mal cara me trajo un pure de col seria ,porque l9 pase muy mal hasta querer ir a urgencias. La comida pésima Quiero nombrar a nemesio de cocina que se porto muy bien y zoliman camarero gracias por su servicio y con una gran sonrisa
Expected more from the hotel
4.0The staff was friendly, housekeeping did an amazing job to keep our room tidy, reception very helpful and waiterss/barmans also good
− The walk up to the hotel from and to the beach was dreadfull, the food offered was pretty dissapointing, also the pool area bars especially in the +18 Adult side were closed for more than half the day or some days not even open for drinks. Also in the basic all included drinks only watered beer was offered togheter with a few soft drinks but really nothing more.

8.0Los recepcionistas y los empleados tanto de comedor como de limpieza muy agradables y educados,nos encantó el trato. Las vistas espectaculares y la tranquilidad. Las comidas muy bien,bastante variedad. Muy limpio. En las piscinas siempre había hamacas libres,lo cual es de agradecer. Seguro que volveremos.

− Problème de parking dans la zone. Nous pouvions toutefois garer dans un grand parking gratuit toute en bas de la rue. Possibilité de prendre un taxi qui nous laissait au sommet pour rejoindre l hôtel a 4€.
Good to know
In the evenings, we ask our guests to dress appropriately in bars and restaurants. Therefore, no swimwear, flip flops, sleeveless shirts or sportswear are allowed. Gentlemen are also asked to wear long trousers or smart shorts for dinner. In order to make the Gala Dinners on December 25 and 31 a memorable occasion for everyone, gentlemen are kindly asked to wear elegant long trousers and a jacket or a tie.
One child up to 11 years old can stay for free with 2 adults. Children under 2 years old are accommodated in a cot and older children in existing beds.
A compulsory Gala Dinner is included in the room rate for stays on 25 and 31 December.
