While the staff was very helpful, the room was not upto the mark and for the price paid.
6.0Liked the staff, hospitality and breakfast
− The Bathroom was very small and not well maintained. The property was not worth the price. 12+K was charged by Booking.com while the room cost shown on the same day at the property was 3.5K for the same room. Booking.com needs to look into the property before charging the price like this

My father accidentally left his shawl behind, and thanks to her kindness, honesty, and prompt help, we got it back safely. She is truly helpful and professional. We really appreciate her support. Highly commendable!
