2.0Disappointed with the facilities inside the room. For the price charged for the room stay per night it was bad facilities. Bed was sagging, sofas were super sagging. Room service was not good. Not worth a stay for the value of my money.

8.0Good food, friendly staff. B-wing of the hotel is very old. You have to change elevators and walk long corridors to access this side.

8.0I had a one night stay at this hotel, good location at the top of the hill, comfortable stay.Restaurant staff was excellent specially Girl named Harman .She was so helpful and courteous and friendly.We asked her some food which was not on the buffet menu, but she done her best to please us

8.0Lovely hotel, good room except WiFi bit, only available in lobby, strange for a 4 star hotel The check-out is early (10:00am) Fantastic views of Ooty so it’s in a great location
