Good location
7.0The bed was comfortable and I liked the location. Good restaurants and transportation in proximity. I appreciated the front desk receptionist acting quickly to have housekeeping wipe off the headboard and give me new pillowcases where what I assume was a bodily fluid that was not previously cleaned and pillows still propped against. Breakfast had good variety.
− Room was damp and cold, the temperature control did not change the temperature when I turned it up. I left on the towel heating rack in restroom and believe this helped to heat up the room. Existing water on floor of bathroom and didn't think much of it until morning of checkout when I heard water pouring. It was coming from bathroom ceiling. Reported to front desk. Standing shower did not turn on the last morning, however bathtub shower head did. See above re headboard not cleaned of bodily fluid prior to my check-in. Hopeful upon completion of their Construction they will also update worn and stained furniture and carpet (especially main staircase). The carpet foreshadows what you're about to experience in the room.

Overall a pleasant stay bed was big and comfortable and location quiet and close to restaurants and attractions.

− Room was a bit dark but that was due to the fact scaffolding was in place … property is having some work done on exterior and the interior could do with a freshen up a little tired bathrooms were great.
The building is in a state of repair and our room should have been compensated for the state it was in.
4.0The hotel is in a great neighborhood.
− Our bathroom was gross! Mold on the shower walls and corners. A sloppy caulk job at the base of the shower. The bed was at a physically noticeable angle. No light fixtures in the stairwell, just exposed lights.
