4.0Nice location when you arrive
− Service was below level. We waitzd 1u15min for our breakfast and it seemed that our order did not reach the kitchen. So we left! The same the second day! Also the dirty tables were not cleened After one hour, uniess 5 employees for 25 customers. We did the fine dining and finished already in 1 hour. That is not fine dining, although the food itself was delicious. The dishes and knives & spons were dirty.

10.0Our bedroom was beautiful! It was massive and spacious. My partner absolutely loved the bath in our room as well and she immediately said she is going to be using it before our leave was over and she sure did!! The spa facilities were incredible! £20 per person is a small price to pay for the facilities they have to offer!

− The rooms in the hotel had no aircon but not even a fan in the room. Therefore our sleep was majorly impacted You could open the windows but there was a wasps nest in the ivy so that wasn’t an option.

All bedrooms have private facilities. Guests can pre book access to the Spa facilities (subject to availability) daily between 07:00 and 10:00 and between 17:00 and 21:00.
Charges for spa access during session times is £15.00 per person, per session.
Dress code: Smart dress code only, except for breakfast. Gentlemen do not have to wear a tie.
Please note that dinner reservations cannot be guaranteed unless booked prior to arrival.
