4.0it was in a central location
− There was non working air conditioning in one of the hottest summers across Europe. There was clearly maintenance going on but no attempt to add fans to the room or hire in some portable air con units for the duration of the maintenance. Staff were very much underwhelmed by our irritation, so much so that I twice had to ask for a fan which they reluctantly got out of the cupboard for me to take upstairs.

− Pas possible de prendre l aperitif a 18h sur la terrasse de ce 4 étoiles car tout le personnel était en train de manger.... ce qui est atypique. Apero pris en ville. Repas du soir décevant
