10.0素晴らしいロケーションです。 エレベーターはありませんが、スタッフの方が荷物を持って上がってくれるので困ることはありませんでした。 部屋にはテレビ(動画配信サイトには未対応)、ドライヤー、ケトル、アイロン、アイロン台があります。 バスルームも綺麗で、大きな浴槽もあります、シャワーは水圧・温度ともに調整可能で快適です。 ベッドも大きく部屋全体が清潔です 棚も多く荷物が多くても困りませんでした。 部屋は夏でも涼しく夜は布団が暖かいので何一つ不満がありませんでした。庭の散策も気分が良いです。 食事は何を食べても美味しかったです。重すぎずヘルシーさを感じます。
− スマホの電波が入りづらいです。ホテルというより街全体が郊外なので仕方ない部分です。ホテルのWifiも不安定ですが、レストランや庭などでは問題なく使えたので部屋以外でゆっくりするのも良いと思います。

10.0The friendly reception staff. So helpful and informative. Made guests feel very welcome. Our room was a good size 116 with a lovely view overlooking the garden. The public rooms. Wow. They were stunning. Lots of Beatrix Potter history. Beautiful decor all over with a wonderful bar. We sat outside in the huge garden with our cocktails
