Absolutely Amazing Experience - Kudos to Mr. Bustos and Staff

Everything was absolutely smooth and amazing from booking to check out. Their gym and spa are beautiful, restaurants especially the Brasserie (French restaurant) exquisite. Overall, the rooms and facilities were clean, food delicious and atmosphere lively!! They have amazing amenities and an outstanding staff. This was our 4th time at Caribe and certainly not our last due to Mr. Bustos and his wonderful staff as they truly understand hospitality. They went above and beyond to accommodate everything best they can. This trip was truly amazing and memorable. I highly recommend this place to all my friends and family!!

Barcelo is a great place for family and friends to stay. I like how neat and tidy it is and how many children stay in this resort.

A primera vista se ve muy lujoso, muy grande muchas opciones Cuarto 6/10 El aire hace mucho ruido, la secadora no seca es tan vieja que apenas sale un poco de aire. Todo lo demas ok. Instalaciónes Front desk 1/10 Nada amable, arrogantes Restaurante 7/10 (los tacos estan buenos) Solo hay un buffet que no sabes si van a abrir o cerrar en cualquier momento, poca variedad. Los otros son con reservación. Bar. 10/10 Playa 3/10 mucho sargazo Alberca 8/10 en realidad no hay muchas indicaciones pero estan bien Veredicto - 6/10 Esta bien si no vas a estar en el hotel, sino mejor pasa a otro como los xcaret At first glance, it looks very luxurious, very large, with many options. Room 6/10 The air conditioning is very noisy, the dryer doesn't dry anything; it's so old that barely any air comes out. Everything else is okay. Facilities Front desk 1/10 Not friendly at all, arrogant. Restaurant 7/10 (the tacos are good) There's only one buffet, and you don't know if they're going to open or close at any moment; little variety. The others require reservations. Bar 10/10 Beach 3/10, lots of sargassum. Pool 8/10, there aren't many signs, but they're okay. Verdict - 6/10 It's fine if you're not going to be staying at the hotel; otherwise, you're better off going to another one like Xcaret.

Water Park Animation was awesome with Andreas our instructor! He did a great job with me age 45 and our 10 year old boy!

Miriam Soberano was so kind, fun and patient during the surf lesson with me and my sister! She was such a great teacher and made the experience so much fun! We had such a great time and would absolutely do it again with Miriam as our instructor!!
