Great stay in Tokyo
9.0We loved the location, it was near a train station as well as a couple of convenience stores. Staff were friendly.
Great location, clean, staff terrific, everything you may need and more.
10.0We didn't try the breakfast, though it was available (late rises). There was a free (good) coffee machine in the foyer and draw with different Teas, coffee and extras you could take for your room (we did every time we returned). Great location, Shrines and gardens on the doorstep, plenty of food/restaurants close by. A Mall 10-minute walk away, 2 different train lines within a couple of minutes. Lots of "quicky marts" close by too. The staff were terrific, friendly and willing to help. We felt safe and confident staying here. Room was good size with small accessible veranda, leaving towels outside your room, a clean sealed bag was left for your return.
− Pillows were a bit of a miss for us. We didn't complain as it wasn't that big of a deal. I know it's Japan, but an English station on the TV would have been good (Just one world news station?). We used our laptop with HDMI cable to get around it. (You can only watch so many shopping channels) We had a washing/drying machine in our room. (Great!) All the buttons are in Japanese. Translator helped getting around it, but a laminated copy of instructions would have been good (Nothing on Youtube) and being picky, a small clothes horse. All in all, nothing really to complain about.

For guests staying 6 nights or less, cleaning is upon request only and it will be a simple cleaning (only exchanging towels and collecting trash).
For guests staying 7 nights or more, in addition to a simple cleaning, full regular cleaning will be conducted once a week (bed-making and floor cleaning services included). Extra room cleaning can be arranged with fees upon request.
