8.0Nettes, hübsches Hotel. Unser Zimmer war top!
− Es gibt nur einen Fahrstuhl und der ist leider sehr, sehr langsam. Treppenhaus gibt es nicht?! Eventl.nachfragen. Frühstück fanden wir mit 25€ pP zu teuer, haben wir uns nicht gegönnt.

1.0Nothing Staff was rude and unprofessional. Room was dirty. The tv did not work in the room and the thermostat was broken absalutly miserable stay.
− Broken TV Broken shower head. Had to gk tk reception who wouldnt even smile or speak nicely to me or anybother quests no smokjng but the night staff is sitting at the door smoking and refused tobget me a pillow. Front desk HIGHLY unprofessional. Also Light fixture was broken and staff atvfront desk had to turn up%down temp as the thermostat in room was broke Have all picture
Our stay was everything we could have asked for. From the courtesy of the staff, to comfort.
10.0The hotel met every need while we were there. Breakfasts were excellent. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The staff arranged for a car for the day to take us out of the city to two different locations and the driver that work with your hotel were excellent as well. His name is Iwan and I cannot speak highly enough about him.
− If I had to pick something to be critical about, (It is hard to do), it would be the lack of English international news stations available.

− The broken control panel the tv not working and having to ask the front desk to control the temp of your room is this ukraine..?

Hotel Notting Hill Amsterdam requires an copy of a valid credit card from all guests on check-in: this is not a charge but a pre-authorization to cover any charges made to rooms during your stay.
