A pleasant stay overall, with some room for improvement in comfort and facilities. While we apprecia
8.0We booked two rooms, and the larger room for three guests was comfortable and well suited to our needs. The in-room washer-dryer was a fantastic convenience, especially during our trip. The hotel is a little far from the main train station, but there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making the location quite practical overall.
− The room for two guests was rather uncomfortable, as the bed was pushed against the wall on one side, making it difficult for one person to get in and out of bed. Overall, the room felt somewhat dated and would benefit from refurbishment, particularly the furniture and bathroom facilities.

8.0Prettig hotel op 10 min lopen van Shinjuku. Goede toiletartikelen gratis beschikbaar bij de receptie. Koffie en thee gratis te verkrijgen.
− Kamers zijn erg klein, weinig tot geen ruimte om je spullen op te bergen. Achteraf zou ik eerder voor een andere wijk kiezen met een grotere kamer voor dezelfde prijs.

10.0Very clean, staff was extremely nice. Convenient with three convenient stores close by, each a minute away walking distance from the hotel. The subway station was a 5 minute walk as well. Would definitely come back to stay here again.

Charges apply for late check-outs. Late check-out between 11:00-13:00 costs 50% of the room charge. Late check-out after 13:00 costs 100% of room charge.
For guests staying 6 nights or less, cleaning is upon request only and it will be a simple cleaning (only exchanging towels and collecting trash).
For guests staying 7 nights or more, in addition to a simple cleaning, a full room cleaning will be conducted once a week (bed-making and floor cleaning services included). Extra room cleaning can be arranged with fees upon request.
