10.0Lovely and quiet location with comfortable, clean rooms, a good breakfast and with safe parking. The country house is just off the A21 within an easy drive from Hastings and St. Leonards. I would be happy to stay there again.

10.0Lovely hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. Nice room, comfortable bed, modern bathroom. The staff were so very friendly and efficient. Really exceptional breakfast. Great great great. We will be returning for sure.

10.0Stayed in the garden suite. Very spacious, clean room. Comfortable and friendly staff. Arrived early and left my car in the car park, was offered to check in early however we was in a rush so didn’t take up the offer but it was appreciated. Very easy to check in and check out. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.
