− Good at restaurant is great so on the last day we wanted to eat there. My soup had a hair. I asked waiter to change for another one. He seemed upset about it. I asked very nicely. They took forever to bring me the soup the waiter sent someone else to bring it to me, it was watery and terrible. I was starving so ate most of it but was very upset about it. I told the waiter and the chef came out. He agreed it was watery and tasted like nothing. He apologized. I have no idea what happened I even thought it was on purpose from the waiter. Anyway it was so bad I got sick. It was a terrible way to end our stay. Everything else was magnificent.
Great place for a family.
10.0The staff was very nice through out our whole stay. It’s located about 10 minutes from the town. Everything was always clean. We enjoyed the pool and the lagoon. They offer a lagoon tour which is 100 percent worth it. Definitely would stay here again.

10.0La laguna Bacalar es bellisima, y el hotel esta ubicado frente a la laguna, lo cual es una gran ventaja. La atencion y excelente servicio del personal del hotel.
− Todo fue excelente, pero recomendaria aumentar la capacidad del aire acondicionado en los bungaloos de mayor tamano.
