6.0El desayuno era muy completo y tenían variedad
− Que al llegar al hotel no tenían los cuartos reservados listos, sin almohadas sin cobija y adicional a eso la cama no tenía sábana solo una sobre sábana.. nos tocó dormir sin sábanas y sin almohada la primera noche y pues estaban en temporada de Frío, el control del televisor sin pilas

10.0Excelente localização. Atendimento dos funcionários da recepção é muito bom.
− A arrumação diária estava boa. Porém a limpeza deixa a desejar. Debaixo das camas estava bem sujo, pontos de mofo na cabeceira da cama, armários empoeirados. Banheiro com cantoneira quebrada, saboneteira quebrada, exaustor do banheiro não funcionava. Café da manhã básico pra um hotel à beira mar da praia de Copacabana (sucos artificiais, por mais que tivesse variedade foi tudo igual nos 5 dias que fiquei hospedado). Falta uma ducha na entrada do hotel, faxineiro estava de saco cheio barrou a entrada e apontou para a torneira no cantinho da área externa.

8.0Gostei bastante do hotel, principalmente da vista da praia de copacabana. Ficamos hospedados de frente para o mar, o que garantiu uma vista incrível e boas fotos e vídeos. O pessoal da recepção super atencioso, com sorriso no rosto.
− A única coisa que acho que dá pra melhorar, seria colocar borrachas nas janelas para bloquear o som da rua. Acordei algumas vezes a noite porque a praia estava muito barulhenta naquela noite. Carro de polícia, gente gritando. O quarto ficaria perfeito se a janela tivesse bloqueio de som.
