The joy

It is a well run hotel belongs to the HK polytechnic. It is good to be looked after all fresh students doing their training with enthusiasm and being trained by the professional hotel team. You can not get better customer interface. Issac was very helpful and empathetic with his approach towards managing the facilities. The club room employees were also very kind and ready to solve any problems like not able to use the chop sticks 😂

Very efficient, helpful, and polite staff. Hospitality is of no question.

− There seems to be construction work going on from 10 pm until midnight. If I'm not mistaken, my room was 2713. I was not sure whether the noise was made by the hotel's staff or by guests in another room, but it was certainly extremely disturbing -- keep knocking on something that made a lot of noise!

Contemporary design, size of room, comfortable beds, nice bathrobes, filtered water tap, large windows with great views, good-sized and clean gym and pool area and good location (close enough to Kowloon without being in the thick of it). The restaurant on the top floor had excellent dumplings too.
