A truly exceptional stay
10.0This hotel is of the highest standard, with a unique atmosphere that stands apart from modern hotel complexes. You can truly feel the spirit and charm of the Alhambra throughout the property. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious and served on a beautiful terrace with breathtaking views. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, from the reception team to the breakfast staff and the housekeeping team. This is definitely a place worth staying at. We would happily come back!

8.0- Un cadre magnifique et un lieu chargé d'histoire, qui confèrent au séjour un charme incomparable. Des chambres de grande qualité, aménagées avec des matériaux haut de gamme. - De nombreux accessoires mis à disposition (brosses à dents, stylo, etc.), témoignant du souci du détail. - Un petit-déjeuner excellent et d'une très belle qualité. - La présence de peignoirs dans la chambre, un confort toujours appréciable. - Une communication irréprochable avec l'hôtel avant l'arrivée : un vrai soin a été apporté à chacune de mes demandes. - Une magnifique terrasse, idéale pour prendre un verre, se restaurer ou savourer son petit-déjeuner.
− - L'amabilité du personnel sur place, en décalage avec la qualité de l'accueil reçu avant notre arrivée. - Une literie moyennement confortable, tant par la taille du lit que par sa fermeté et les oreillers. - La baignoire hydromassante hors service, qui ne nous a malheureusement pas permis d'en profiter.
