Well kept old style buildings, we felt as if we were in the Tuscan hills whilst being very central to a beautiful town and beaches.

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Der Pool war gut und wird gepflegt. Lage etwas abgelegen mit einem Auto geht es aber gut. Sarzana ist sehr empfehlenswert sowie Lerici.

− Frühstück eher klein aber ausreichend. Wenig möglichkeiten im Zimmer für den Koffer abzustellen oder auszupacken.

The area is very nice; the building is really a Toscana style ; breakfast was ok; just some salami; ham and cheese and you have to boil the eggs; and some biscuits and pancakes from Mulino bianco(ready packed as bought) we have payed 76€ per night ; I booked from booking because we need for a night stay till to our destination;

− not clean at all; After we arrived, I washed the floor after seeing how dirty our socks were. The bathroom was also dirty, as you can see in the pictures; the shower head was covered in black slime. very disappointing; the kitchen was also not washed; the refrigerator had a black stripe of dirt exactly on the inner rubber and luckily I had cleaning spray in the car and I washed the refrigerator too; the pots were also with dried and old grease; I didn't cook anything in that kitchen; I had something bought and that was it; ok I didn't pay much because booking offered me that price but still no matter how much you pay, at least the bathroom and the floor are washed, you still expect that much from them; I slept and left there; It's a shame they aren't careful with cleanliness because the location is very beautiful
