No air-conditioning
3.0Location was great, apartment was generally clean and tidy
− Poor advertisement. Was not aware this apartment didn't have air-conditioning. Travelling with a 12mo and trying to get them to sleep during the day in a room that was ridiculously hot was horrible. Tried to reach out to get some assistance from the managers, very unhelpful and matter of fact. Showed no sympathy, or offered any help to rectify the matter which was very disappointing. Will not be staying here again. We also were travelling in April, so weather wasn't too hot. Do not know how anyone could stay here in the summer, would be unbearable. The hot water only lasted maximum of 5mins, for an apartment accommodating up to 5 people, not sure how everyone is meant to shower in a minute period.
Comfortable, close to everything and spacious!
9.0Great location, easy to access, good facilities. The unit was well equipped and spacious and comfortable. So good that it’s pet friendly too. I would recommend this property.
− The sheets were clean but did have a couple of stains.

9.0We have stayed here many times when our girls were young. It used to be quite dated but has had a facelift and unit 6 is nicely furnished and fresh. Very clean and excellent location for beach access.
− The only thing was that the main bed is terribly hard. 😞
