10.0The front desk left me keys for late arrival in a lock box. The roo was clean and mostly quiet. There was a lot of construction noise during the day. Most people would be outside, but I was tired and wanted to rest so the noise was not welcomed. Otherwise a decent stay.
Coastal overnight
8.0Original room was not ready, upgraded to a suite (thank you). The room was clean but outdated. The lighting was poor (extra bright ceiling lights & a couple of dim desk lights). The gas fireplace didn't work. Check in was easy. No added services (coffee, breakfast, etc).

2.0Never saw a staff member. The coffee maker was broken. No furniture in the room to relax also we were handicapped seniors and had a dog. You chose not to accommodate us and put us on the 2nd floor. No ice machine on the second floor so inconvenient.
