A clean and conveniently located hotel with excellent transport and dining access.
8.0The hotel is extremely convenient, with direct access to a plaza filled with eateries and supermarkets. You can also access the MRT directly from the hotel, making it easy to get around. Overall, the location is excellent and very convenient for both dining and transportation.
− The only minor area for improvement would be the pillows. Both my elderly mother and I woke up with stiff necks and sore shoulders after the first night, as the pillows were a little too soft. Firmer pillow options would be appreciated. Other than that, the hotel was clean, well-maintained and strategically located. Nothing else to fault overall!

Very easy to access the train for daytrips and getting to and from the airport
9.0Comfortable bed, the room was quiet, clean and the bathroom was clean and spacious.

8.0Stayed for the night only, so couldn't enjoy all the facilities properly. However, the staff, lobby, rooms were all excellent. I asked for a high floor room with a view, and was given an amazing room.
− No toilet/bidet shower. My only negative from this amazing hotel
