− Le petit déjeuner ultra basique. Le fait que un soir en rentrant vers minuit, j’ai dû attendre 10 minutes à la porte avant que la personne daigne m’ouvrir. Et le premier soir quand je demande un oreiller supplémentaire, on me regarde avec des yeux exorbité comme si j’avais demandé quelque chose de délirant, il a fallu que je demande le lendemain à une deuxième personne qui était fort sympathique ANA. Le jour de mon check Out, une personne qui semble être une responsable est assise à son bureau devant son ordinateur, il n’y a personne à la réception, mais je suis à 3 m d’elle, elle me regarde et replonge dans son papier et son ordinateur, j’attends une minute et je commence à l’interpeller en lui disant s’il vous plaît… elle finit par répondre « oui » ???? Qu’est-ce que ce client peut bien vouloir un matin à 11h ? Et encore une fois c’est ANA qui sauve la situation et vient m’aider.

− Dans la chambre, un frigo et une machine à café/thé seraient appréciés pour cette gamme d'hôtel. Couette peu adaptée pour un couchage en été (sauf en mettant clim forte !)
