7.0Next door to Timmy's. Quiet
− Entrance onto lot poorly illuminated and rough surface. In the evening barely able to see roadway and nearly ended up in the ditch. No lights and no barriers for safety.
We stay at the Valley Inn often when we need to stopover in Sudbury. It's a sure bet.
8.0Location os good. It avoids downtown Sudbury and gives coming into and going out of Sudbury a different option other than the boring bypass south of the city. The hotel looks somewhat plain on the outside but the rooms are very nicely decorated and quite comfortable.
− Breakfast a little light on choice (no meat) but it's free!

− The train tracks are across the road so it was noisy when a train went by. Fortunately, there were no trains after we went to bed.
Enjoyed our stay here.
7.0Breakfast was good but with limited options. No hot food except for waffles. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The interior of the building was surprisingly clean and modern.
− The exterior of the building needs to be upgraded. When we drove into the parking lot and saw the exterior of the building we were hesitant about the stay here. Once inside we were presently surprised about how good the interior was.
