Dreadful room!
2.0The room was absolutely dreadful. The window pane in the bedroom was broken. The bathroom was absolutely filthy with an unknown sticky substance on the floor in front of the toilet. Shower covered with mold, mildew and and bacteria covered. Pullout mattress was stained and disgusting and my child (with whom I was traveling) just slept in the bed with me instead. Staff was pleasant enough, but as I was leaving and trying to get feedback, the front desk station was totally abandoned. Going wallpaper. Bathroom fan was beyond disgusting. Avoid Under Renovation-Poor Management
2.0I was a regular guest. Hotel currently being renovated but it is not being managed adequately. My stay at renovated room was disappointing. Rugs dirty, new shower door frames were defective, and my thermostat and AC unit was not connected. They should not be allowing guests to occupy rooms not completed. Management has declined significantly in recent years and people working there are poorly trained and not adequately supervised. I have moved on to 4 Points down the road. Beware!
