A lovely little spot to recharge!
10.0I only stayed here one night but it was a great experience. I had to check in very late due to my flight. The staff was very attentive to me and always kept in touch with me while I was in my way for my check in. It seems like a wonderful family business and I can tell they truly care about their hotel. I was so grateful for the beautiful view when I had breakfast. The breakfast was there waiting for me at the time I requested! They even reminded me. I could tell it was homemade authentic food. Thank you so much for making me feel right at home since this was my very first time coming to Costa Rica. I cannot wait to return!!

4.0Arriving after midnight I made reservations after viewing one of the advantages was airport shuttle. They did NOT provide this service arrived in an Uber and call the telephone numbers on the front gate, bang on the door no response finally the Uber driver called and someone came and o oh en the door. Only to reply we have NO Iingormation from Expedia. Disappointed, reserved three days but left after just two NO refund. We lost an night but still paid for it. It was worth it as we left happier. Just two steps and that’s being generous
