− Eu entendo que estávamos na época de frio e muito vento, mas a clarabóia do banheiro estava deixando entrar folhas, sujando o banheiro todo, deixando o quarto mais frio. Tivemos um grave problema com o aquecedor do chuveiro, o que me deu um calafrio, meu marido teve que me socorrer, ao invés de já nos trocar de quarto, só ficaram tentando arrumar, finalmente arrumaram isso já era quase 23h. As duas vezes que pedir pra tentar modificar algumas coisas, não obtive resposta. O hotel estava vazio, fomos no meio da semana, era super possível nos tratar de forma diferente. Somente pedido de desculpas... Eu não indico o local, não retorno. Achei bem caro por todo transtorno.
