− Le camere, però, avrebbero bisogno di una maggiore manutenzione per essere all’altezza del prestigio dell’hotel. Anche la colazione è il punto più debole: scelta piuttosto limitata e servizio non in linea con il livello della struttura.

7.0Beautiful, elegant hotel with spacious bathrooms and fabulous showers. Very friendly staff. Excellent location.
− Very poor air conditioning. The first room had a stand alone fan as the air conditioning was so poor. We requested a room change as we struggled to sleep. The air conditioning in the next room was only slightly better and quite noisy. Such a shame as it's a gorgeous hotel.

Please note that the hotel is located in a restricted traffic area, therefore when you are using a GPS device, you should set it at Via Venti Settembre and then follow directions to Piazza Vittoria square's parking. Once you get to the parking, call reception. Please note you are not allowed to pass through Piazza della Loggia square, since it is a restricted traffic area.
Guests can park in the public parking in Piazza Vittoria, only 98 ft far from Hotel Vittoria, that costs €10.00 a day for every vehicle.If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box.
