We absolutely loved it! When we go back to Malta, we will 100% stay for a couple days at Xara Palace.
10.0While we were staying at the hotel, there was a power failure that affected 5 cities includeding Mdina. The Xara Palace has a generator and was the only building in the area that had power. AC included! Having a generator when the temperature is in the mid 40C was amazing.

Excellent Hotel and Caring Wonderful Staff
10.0Our two day stay at the Xara Palace was exceptional. The room gorgeous and spacious, and the breakfast superb. But it was the staff that made this so special, they went out of their way to take care of us, including our granddaughter. Arranged trips and helpful during the day, including great restaurant recommendations, Mdina itself is a special place. Recommend the Xara highly!
Absolutely wonderful
10.0Could not have loved this anymore. All of the staff were absolutely wonderful. Also, dinner at their Michelin Star was one of the best dinners I’ve had in a while. I also was able to try new and exciting wines, there was a Gruiner from New Zealand! The rooms are beautiful too. This is a wonderful hotel and I’ll be back, thank you so much for everything!!!
