− O hotel tem quatro andares. Ficamos no 2 andar. Havia um barulho com uma vibração baixa em que não conseguíamos dormir. Às 1h30 hs liguei para a portaria. Foi dito que não havia nada. Desci até a portaria e o rapaz nos conseguiu um quarto no 4 andar. Não havia barulho vibrando, porém o quarto estava ao lado de uma via rápida. Dormimos das 2 horas até às seis, porque o barulho dos carros era ensurdecedor. Ou seja o hotel tem metade dos quartos com muito barulho. Não está preparado para dar o conforto que um cliente necessita, como dormir com qualidade.
