− I ask to change the sheet because they were dirty since I arrive an they did not , smells wear I think is the carpet

10.0It was a birthday present for my grandson, he loves staying in hotels, everything was perfect for him, it was very close to the attraction we were going to

− We were taken to the 3rd floor and it stinked. Like wet carpet .. the room did too.

3.0Just the location was good. And staff were friendly
− We love staying at comfort inns but this one is a complete NO It felt dirty and you can tell it’s poorly maintained the carpet felt dirty. Expected this hotel to feel a lot cleaner since it was “remodeled” about a year ago. And for the carpet to look and feel that dirty in a year you can tell they do not do deep cleaning. The shower curtains felt supper old and dirty and it is also obvious they don’t clean them properly. It shows all over the hotel that they cut corners and cheaply patch up things instead of properly repairing and maintaining the hotel. The key cards that they provide don’t work very well. We got locked out of our room 3 times in a two day stay and had to constantly get new key cards.
