6.0Room n washroom was small. Not enough space Front desk staff was very rude. When ever we asked her some information never explained well and informed us to come later. It happened 2 to 3 times. When ever we see her on the front desk we don't go and wait for the next staff to come and then we go to the front desk for help.

10.0We arrived by taxi and that didn’t have a meter. The driver tried charging us an exorbitant price. A hotel employee spoke with the driver to resolve the issue, which saved us a lot of money. The women working at checkin were extremely helpful.

10.0Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast a bit random for a westerner but quite comprehensive. Pool/Gym area well maintained. My room was a little dated but clean and tidy, some rooms appeared to be being renovated.
