6.0Overall the hotel was average. There were a few things that i really didnt like: Every mug was chipped in multiple places, I didn't find one that was completely in tact. We had 3 people in our room but only given 2 room keys. When I asked for an extra key, I was told that I had to pay €10 for it! My husband then went to ask for an extra key and the price was then €5! If you're going to charge for 3 people (2 adults and one young teen) in a room, then make it policy to give out 3 keys. Not hard. Lastly, we had to check our itemised bill properly as drinks that we had not had, had been added to our bill.

4.0Chambres pas prêtes à l’arrivée à 18h! Accueil à l’arrivée désagréable. Bâtiment mal entretenu, problème d’électricité. Ménage insuffisant. Par contre un personnel très agréable, gentil er serviable.

6.0Club destiné aux parents avec enfants . La chambre n'était pas très propre ( saletés non aspirées au sol, pansement collé à l'intérieur des draps, taches noires sur le drap house). La baignoire est minuscule. L’hôtel ne nous avait pas gardé une place de parking malgré notre réservation par téléphone....Repas en buffet avec grand choix.

séjour trop cher pour 2 adultes et un enfant
6.0prix trop élevé pour 2 adultes et un enfant de 4 ans; 1ère réservation faite pour 2 personnnes (prix 1400 euros, prix correct) puis j'ai annulé cette réservation pour en faire une autre pour 2 personnes et un enfant de 4 ANS, pour ce changement de rajouter un enfant on m'a facturé 700 euros supplémentaire ; ce prix ne parait pas justifié; séjour trop cher pour les prestations recues ; chambre , salle de bain , wc trop petite pour 3 personnes
