− The hotel is very old and in desperate need of renovation specially rooms. We had a major issue with the bathroom, as it flooded with water. When we reported it, the cleaning staff told us it was caused by clay left behind from previous guests, which clearly indicates the bathroom had not been cleaned properly before our arrival. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable, with a large hole in the middle, making it difficult to sleep. Breakfast was chaotic in the morning. The dining area was overcrowded, and we had to stand in a very long queue just to get eggs. What was even more disappointing was the extra bed charge. My aunt requested an additional bed, and the hotel charged 45 Bahraini Dinars, which is excessive. Most hotels charge around 15 BHD for an extra bed. Charging 45 BHD is almost the cost of an entire room, which is simply unreasonable.

− The facilities were not clean. There were no towels, slippers, or a hair dryer in the room. The food lacked variety and the quality was below expectations. Overall, the stay was disappointing.
