6.0Die direkte Lage an der Promenade und der Blick aufs Meer ist sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. An der Rezeption hatte ich leider nicht das Gefühl willkommen zu sein. In Summe fand ich Außen- und Innenpool sehr klein, ebenso das Zimmer. Hübsch eingerichtet ist das Zimmer.

10.0Teures, aber modernes Hotel mit schönem Pool und sehr nettem Service. Das Essensangebot ist genau richtig. Hebt sich definitiv von anderen Hotels in Cala Ratjada ab.

8.0Das Essangebot kann gerne optimiert werden, Frühstückebuffet ist bis auf minimale Anpassungen jeden Tag identisch und ein Cappuchino oder Latte kostet extra, für ein 4-Sternhotel würde ich dies umbedingt adaptieren. Ansosten ist das Hotel sehr sauber und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Strand Cala Agulla ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar, an den Hafen/ Zentrum sind es ca 15-20 Minuten.

10.0Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und immer hilfsbereit. Das Essen mit liebe präsentiert. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse atemberaubend.
