6.0Great beachfront view. Friendly staff. Dishwasher was not working and had dirty dishes in it when we arrived. One of the bathroom sinks had a drain issue. We arrived on a Saturday so nothing was done until the beginning of the week. MAJOR construction going on in the unit right above us. Monday-Friday 9-5 the whole week we were. there. No offer to move us was made. Based on that, I would not stay there again. You just don’t put anyone in a unit with construction going on in the unit directly above!

8.0The condo had a terrific Gulf of Mexico view with a short walk to the beach. There was a very adequate supply of linens and towels (including beach towels). Modern washer/dryer with huge capacity. Kitchen was outfitted very well. Beach chairs and umbrellas available. Pool area had padded chaises and chairs with a shaded seating area with bathrooms facilities. We even had local iguanas for company. Overall, I would recommend Pelicans Roost for anyone.

2.0The room that we stayed in had mold in every vent and room! The manager was on vacation and I still have yet to hear from them. I was there for my wedding my whole family got sick. our room was gross! DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT!
