Outstanding Stay with Spectacular City Views
10.0JW Marriott Chandigarh is a perfect choice for business stays. The property is spacious with an excellent health club and a relaxing ambiance. The food was exceptional, especially at JW Café and the rooftop restaurant, BRISA35 which offers stunning city views and delicious cuisine. A special thanks to Mansi for her warm welcome and outstanding hospitality that made the stay even more memorable. Overall, an excellent experience—I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

1.0− The hygiene standards for a JW Marriott were beyond poor. Bathrooms to the bed linen were disgusting, being there for a night and exhausted from my travels I didn't bother to change rooms but the overall room standards were truly disgusting that too for a JW property. The bathroom had pee stains all over with the bath tub being full of hair 🤢

5.0− Having stayed at several Marriott properties, I found this hotel to be well below the standard I have come to expect from the brand. Unfortunately, there was no standout or “wow” factor during my stay. The swimming pool is more suitable for children than adults, and closing it at 7:00 PM is quite restrictive; extending the operating hours until at least 8:00 PM would significantly improve the guest experience. Considering the room rates charged, I do not believe the overall experience offered value for money. I sincerely hope the management will address these concerns promptly. Failing a satisfactory resolution, I reserve the right to share my honest experience through public review platforms, including Google Reviews.

10.0Good location, Nice ambience, yummy food and above all….my favourite singer, Kabir, the Great….he has a very soulful voice. He sings from heart. He sings Jagjit Singh Ji and Kishore Kumar Ji. Ultimately, he made my evening.
