− Faptul ca era mizerie, gândaci, mobilier deteriorat, ne-au fost furate cumpărăturile din camera si cei de la recepție nu au făcut nimic in acest sens.

10.0Отличное место ! Персонал был душевный , нас с мужем встретили с таким теплом , что сразу все негативное настроение растуманилось благодаря мужчине Иосифу на рецепшене , благодарим от души и обязательно будем рекомендовать всем

− Since I was staying on the 3rd floor and the resturant is on the 4th floor.. it was a bit noisy at times.

8.0* локация * сам отель очень уютный, компактный, чистый * персонал очень дружелюбный, приветливый, любой вопрос решали быстро * в номере была только 1 вешалка, мы попросили еще на рецепшн, и нам без проблем принесли еще 2 * номер чистый, в ванной принадлежности все есть (но то что закончилось, не дополняли), фен работает исправно * постель чистая, матрас/подушки удобные * есть лифт * на 4-этаже на завтраке отличный вид на Босфор и Султанахмет * завтрак хороший, голодным не уйдешь
− * номер очень маленький для взрослых и 1 ребенка 8 лет, если 1 человек стоит - другим двоим лучше лежать или сидеть))) * за 3 ночи проживания, постель не меняли ни разу, номер убирали 1 раз * в кафе/ресторанах на районе очень дорого, например порция картофеля фри стоит 250-500 лир
