− Computerised key system was worrying as the app caused issues when arriving back after a meal. The hot water was not very good when having a shower .

− Too much digital access. It was too much, the cameras felt a little much. The digital codes were tricky to navigate and as deaf people we had to rely on the clicking to open doors. Normal keys would be preferable.
Loved everything.. if the rooms would be a bit bigger that would be better but in overall zero complains
