A true sanctuary
10.0⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sanctuary Spa lived up to the its name. I received the Mama Africa treatment from Janet and it was heavenly. She was sweet and attentive. From the moment I walked in to the calming aroma and hibiscus tea, everything was excellent. Lee-cay gave a warm welcome and was so helpful in securing my last minute appointment. It was okay.
5.0The hotel is close to the V&A and the city town. Being centrally located made it easy to access various spots within very close proximity of the hotel.
− The finishings in the room was not what I had expected. It felt tacky instead of giving the feeling of opulence and luxury. I also did not like the fact that, form m yroom door you can see into the shower. No privacy.
