A very disappointing and expensive stay in Blackpool
1.0This property hasn’t been a hotel for over a year. It is now a private residence. We only discovered this after turning up on the day of our stay on a bank holiday weekend. We had to cancel our early dinner reservation and find an alternative hotel room at very short notice. We ended up spending over £300 to stay at the Holiday Inn. It was their last room. A very expensive weekend and I’ve still not had my money back from Booking.Com for this property. Why are they still taking bookings too?

1.0− The hotel is not a hotel anymore it was sold and now a private family home . We turned up only to find that out on a bank Holiday in may quite disgusting that booking .com are not acknowledging this

10.0Property was very homely and absolutely spotless. Owners were friendly and helpful. The bedrooms are really spacey, warm and clean. Tv, tea and coffee available at all times. There was plenty of choice at breakfast time and also the option of a full English which was plentiful and well presented. We will definitely be staying there again. The hosts Julie and Kev are down to earth friendly people. We had such a laugh and a happy time there. If you want spotless accommodation with a fantastic quality full English breakfast then this is the place for you .
