2.0The pictures posted at Hotels.com is totally different from the real or actual picture of the resort. The bridge is collapsed, no water in the swimming pool, no power or electricity, no backup power, limited food, rooms not well maintained, rooms not safe, jacuzzi is rusted, overall rate: worst hotel or resort. We can’t cancel our stay, we just left and get a new hotel to stay. Club Tara should not be operated and should be reported to Tourism or city because it’s really unsafe. Hopefully I could get a refund.
Don’t stay here if you don’t want to get stressed.
2.0The condition of the toilet is terrible (it’s very hard to call it a comfort room). It’s very smelly and unclean. There’s plenty of cockroaches everywhere. The table in the dining area was not wiped. We even saw remnants of food from our previous meal. There is a lot to improve in terms of cleanliness and orderliness. Being an old resort is not an excuse to be untidy. We can tolerate the dilapidation but not a dusty room. If you want to thrive, you need an overhaul.

10.0Absolutely beautiful location. The view ia amazing. Staff could not have been better. Food was good and reasonably priced (escpecially considering how remote). The boat ride there and back was a bit expensive (private boat is all that is available). The cottages are nice and clean but could use some maintenance.
