Bello hotel histórico, confortable y decoración muy bella.
9.0El personal super amable. El hotel antiguo, bello con gran decoración. La habitación muy luminosa. Muy bien ubicado, cerca de muchas de las atracciones del centro de Puebla. Una bella ciudad siempre.
− La televisión nunca funcionó. El agua de la regadera tarda mucho en calentarse, deberían poner una cubeta para no desperdiciar tanta agua. Y el chorro, super disperso. Pero en general, excelente, fuera de estos detalles.

9.0Todo excelente, lo único es que hizo muchísimo calor y solo había en el techo un ventilador y con muy baja velocidad. todo lo demás excelente.
