10.0I loved the Onsen especially the outdoor Onsen with stone sides (on top floor and well fenced). The laundry worked well. Breakfast was excellent although the breakfast room is a bit cramped. Room was large by Japanese standards and comfortable. The free treats and bedtime noodles are great. Overall a lovely stay.

10.0Very convenient to train station and bus terminal. Quiet location. There was breakfast and a restaurant, but we didn't use. We didn't use the Onsen either.

6.0Hotel was OK. Basic, nothing special but great location. They still have this outdated rule about no tattoos on the Onsen. Needs a revamp on the rules and the design (interior and exterior).

10.0Lovely comfortable hotel with a great indoor and outdoor onsen on the top floor. Tattoo friendly also if you use the stickers which the front desk provides free of charge.

Reservations are required for massage services. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
Children stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
