1.0− Bug was in my daughters bed. She freaked out we lost side of the bug ended up on her clothes. They said take the blankets off and gave us new ones. We were so tired at that point it was already midnight. We stood there. Power went out the next day it was miserably hot. They would not refund any of my money and we didn’t even stay for the next night we left. It was so miserable. Manager’s name is Mia Higareda she’s pathetic
The hotel was mid and needs to be updated if they expect someone to pay over $200.
4.0− I honestly was expecting a little bit more for $200 a night. The hotel needs to be updated. The one and only elevator takes forever and it would stop at random floors….. so annoying. Also, I booked this hotel specifically for the gondola only to be told it was closed for the day. I was really expecting more from this hotel, but it didn’t live up to its expectations.
