Staff in camp are very friendly and service oriented especially the waiters and security guys.

− The food at dinner could be much better - like simple and fresh. Our guide on game drives delivered at the end but was not inspiring or dedicated

Our 3 days at Samburu Intrepids Tented Camp was the best- the dining, the game drives, the service, the beauty of the area. The staff went above and beyond in their efforts to make our stay memorable. I was here 6 years ago, and have wonderful memories of our stay at that time. The repeat visit was just as good, even better. I would highly recommend. On our last night, we could hear the lions. The following morning our guide Jelly tracked them and we watched them walking down the road to the river. Awesome!!

Incredible experience with a wonderful team. Manager Boniface assisted with every request with humor, grace and efficiency. Lawrence and the dining crew knew all our names, preferences and helped us with whatever we needed. The safari guides were stellar and knew all the wildlife and got us access to wherever we wanted to go. A wonderful experience!!

Never again at Heritage!!!

The Manager was superb and so were the staff.

− The facility is old, dilapidated and everything from water in the room or dining table is chintzy. I have stayed at other properties of this Heritage Group in Mara on multiple occaisions but this was in a class by itself.You cannot blame the staff or Manager. They tried very hard. Must be corporate management at HQ trying to milk the last penny. Needless to say we will not be staying at any Heritage properties!

Staff were very nice and friendly . Bed was comfortable Food was good

− The facility is on the other side of the river from community land so the only animals you see coming to drink are goats and donkeys and the community dogs barked most of the night keeping all 4 of us awake.

It was the best safari experience! The lodge facilities are comfortable, very good food in taste and variety and the location is simply the best! Can only recommend the place!
