The overall experience was fantastic, would happily return in the future.
9.0We had an amazing 5-night stay, and it exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always happy to help, creating a wonderful atmosphere throughout the resort. The facilities were excellent. The pools were beautiful, clean, and perfect for both adults and children. We also loved the bars, which offered a great selection of drinks and excellent service. A special thank you goes to the staff at the bar next to the kids' pool—Anna, Marina, Giannis, they were incredibly kind, attentive, and always greeted us with a smile. Their warmth and exceptional service made our family feel right at home and made our vacation even more enjoyable. And George. the young lifeguard, really connected with the kids, and was extremely nice and helpful.
− The room could benefit from having more places to hang clothes and towels. A few additional hooks or towel racks would make it much more convenient, especially for families staying several days. Another issue was the sunbeds around the pools. Every morning, many guests reserved loungers by leaving their towels on them very early, and by around 8:00 a.m. it was almost impossible to find a free sunbed, even though many of the reserved ones remained unused for hours. It would be great if the hotel enforced a policy to prevent this practice so that all guests have a fair chance to enjoy the pool area.

10.0המלון הכי טוב שיצא לנו להיות בו. הכל כלול ברמה הכי גבוהה - חדר אוכל מרכזי עם ארוחות סביב השעון, מסעדות קונספט, ברים עם קוקטלים טובים, יין טוב, הכל לפי הספר אפילו מבחינת צורת הגשה, נשנושים כמו קרפים, גלידות, פיצות - הכל ברמה גבוהה ביותר. 4 בריכות שונות, כל אחת בצבע - הכי אהבנו את הבריכה המרכזית. יש גם יציאה לחוף הים ובר של המלון שם. בית ילדים עם פעילויות וארגז חול גדול. כולם שירותים בטירוף ורוצים שתהיה לך חוויה הכי טובה שאפשר. בקיצור - הכל מהכל, ממש גן עדן.

5.0− חתולים בחדר אוכל ובכל מקום שמוגש אוכל, אין הפעלה או פעילויות במלון חוץ מפעם אחת כל השבוע שהיתה מסיבתה נחמדה , חוץ מזה ללא פעילויות הלובי התחתון חסר מקומות ישיבה נוחים כגון ספות, אין מגלשות לילדים חוץ מאחת. מלון עם פוטנציאל עצום חבל

10.0המקום ממש מקסים, גדול מאוד, עם מגוון חדרים רחב מאוד. הצוות ידידותי ביותר, ושמח לסייע בכל נושא. מיקום לא רחוק משדה התעופה, ופארק המים המרכזי באי. תכניות ספורט והפעלות על ידי הצוות - מפתיעות לטובה. הארוחות במלון מצויינות. אוכל מגוון ברמה גבוהה. מגוון אפשרויות לכל אחד. משקאות ברמה גבוהה וזמינות מצויינת.
− המקום מאוד גדול, ומגוון החדרים מאוד מגוון. צוות הניקיון עושה עבודה נהדרת, מעל ומעבר, אבל לדעתינו צריך לתגבר את כמות עובדי הניקיון בחדרים, בעיקר בתקופות העומס. החדרנית הגיעה לסדר את החדר שלנו בעיקר בשעות אחר הצהריים, דבר שגרם קצת אי נעימות. אין לנו תלונות אליה, היא נהדרת, אבל היא צריכה להשתלט על הרבה חדרים בזמן קצוב.
