Abselute dissappointment
2.0I cancelled on arrival when I saw the poor conditions the place was in and lost my whole payment. The reception area looked like a pigs corters. We got backrooms after we paid for rooms with balconies - 3x rooms. I demand my refund from Booking dot com please

2.0Poor condition! Fell down the stairs no signs slippery when wet, they did not even dry up the staircase in the morning after it rained. Bathroom moldy and shoddy, curtains not even hung up properly, curtains dirty. We were not even warned about load shedding when we arrived so were not prepared ahead of time. False advertising as it says breakfast patio… no such thing!!!

6.0The DStv didn't work, WiFi didn't work. 1 room was nice, the other room had a towel rack missing, overall it was good value for money, rooms are spacious but the place is a-bit neglected. Caretaker was very willing to assist and very helpful.

6.0The check in was great wifi was slow. Couldnt sleep too much noise and in the morning coulding get breakfast because we came down at 9.30. Werent told time breakfast ended. Location was good staff was pleasant.
