O alojamento é bom mas não me parece compatível com 5 estrelas.

Tem muito boas condições e tem tudo para ser óptimo. As instalações são muito boas.

− Durante todo o tempo não houve um único funcionário na zona de piscinas exteriores. Não havia um único balde para colocar lixo. Colocavam a regar as partes ajardinadas junto das espreguiçadeiras durante o tempo que as pessoas se encontravam lá deitadas e acabavam por levar com a água. A zona de escorregas das crianças tinham as borrachas de proteção todas rasgadas e as crianças batiam no chão quando acabavam de escorregar. O pequeno almoço era bom mas não era variado e também não tinha muita escolha.

Boa, mas muito a melhorar na zona do spa

A localização, o espaço e o conforto.

− Os funcionários não eram simpáticos, não foram claros na informação. O circuito spa, deixa muito a desejar. No jacuzzi entram crianças de 4, 5 anos, vão para lá brincar, não há controle. Acabei por sair da parte do spa porque as crianças eram muitas é só andavam a brincar em todo o lado. Não dá para descontrair. Para o valor que se paga, o mínimo de serviço spa controlado. Muito mau
