Spacious luxury immersed in the jungle: unique and memorable experience,
10.0Our room and the bed were so enormous and comfortable we gave in to temptation; One aftertoon we lounged in the room for hours. The hotel was unique in that we accessed our room by walking across a jungle bridge, then riding an elevator down deeper into the jungle. We could also see the river from our balcony. The property is immaculate (except one of the two pools was under repair) and the swimming pool area with two bars, changing rooms, etc was fantastic. The Falls were a short drive away, rides were quick and easy with Uber, and the town has a fun "tourist" zone with plenty of restaurants, live music in the street and bars, and souvenir shops clustered together. We also had a nice dinner of grilled ribeyes, chicken, and shrimp at reasonable prices. We also loved the guys in golf carts eager to drive us from our room to the restaurant or property entrance.
− The staff were professional (with one exception) but there was a hint of arrogance in their attitude, as if they were doing us a favor by assisting us. The exception was the pool bartender who, one evening about 15 minutes before closing time, ignored us completely as we sat at the bar. He was in a deep conversation with the only other customer in the area so we gave up, gave him the benefit of a doubt, and walked away. The breakfast buffet was ample and had a nice selection, but rather unimpressive in quality.

10.0Quarto sensacional (deluxe), pegamos no 5 andar com vista para o Rio Iguaçu e uma cachoeira de brinde. Cafe da Manha perfeito, nenhum problema cm wifi, piscina com bar interno pra quem bebe, rasa com cadeiras de sol pra quem quer relaxar e pra quem quer nadar ate cm 2 raias. Funcionarios atenciosos. O hotel consegue unir a beleza da natureza com o conforto da vida urbana.
− A tv nao é smart, e canais somente da regiao. Eles nao parcelam.
