10.0Attentive staff .. special call out to Mayuri, Janvi and Bartender Vinit for making excellent drinks. Staff knew my preferences from the previous day and we kind to allow me to use the conference room for a personal meeting.

10.0We had a wonderful experience at the Sofitel Mumbai lounge, thanks to the outstanding hospitality. A special mention to Manjuri, Janvi, and Vinit, who truly stood out with their service. They were incredibly attentive, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The food served was remarkably fresh and delicious, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. It’s the dedicated and thoughtful staff like Manjuri, Janvi, and Vinit who elevate a stay from good to exceptional. Highly recommended!
